Proper Procedures

  • Meetings with the client.
  • Researching setbacks, covenants, easements, zoning, building restrictions, structural and mechanical needs. 
  • A Scope of Work is presented to the client for review and revisions.
  • A preliminary Budget is prepared.
  • Any changes to the Scope of Work and Budget.
  • A contract is signed.
  • A 'Notice of Commencement' is filed.
  • If needed, a permit is filed.
